ITINERARY:
Day 1 Cape Town – Calitzdorp
Departing from Cape Town we will pass the winelands of the Cape via Du Toits Kloof Pass. At Worcester we will leave the beaten track, passing through various towns, stop for wine tasting, lunch and anything else we see that requires a stop. Our destination for the day is Calitzdorp.

Day 2 Oudtshoorn surrounds
Departing to the ostrich capital of the world, Oudshoorn where we will visit an Ostrich Farm, Congo Caves & Congo Wildlife Reserve for some cage diving with a difference.

Day 3 Depart to Plettenberg Bay via the Back Roads
Passing “Die Vlug” and over the Prince Alfred’s Pass. This is a totally different and very scenic route as you will also experience the Knysna Forest with its Grand Trees.

Day 4 Plettenberg Bay – Storms River Village
After watching whales (depending on season & weather) we depart to the craqs for the Tenukwa Wildlife Awareness Sanctuary for interaction with cheetahs. We will also visit Monkey land & Birds of Eden and stop at Storms River mouth for a walk to the suspension bridge.

Day 5 Storms River Village – Knysna
Today is a day for adventure – Tree topping, bungee jumping and a boat cruise to the Heads.

Day 6 Knysna – Mossel Bay
We’re now heading west through Knysna, Sedgefield, Wilderness & George towards Mosselbay for an afternoon sky diving Jump. Visit Diaz Museum & Bats cave.

Day 7 Mossel Bay – Cape Agulhas
Today your journey will take you through Bredasdorp (Optional visit to Shipwreck Museum) and Malgas for the last man operated pont in South Africa. We will also Go to the Cape Agulhas and walking to the top of it. Cape Agulhas is the most Southern tip of Africa.

Day 8 Cape Agulhas – Gansbaai
First on the list of today is some cage diving with White Sharks at Gansbaai. Our next stop is Hermanus (Southern Right Whale Capital of South Africa)

Day 9 Hermanus – Cape Town
Today we will visit various coastal towns e.g. Gordons Bay, Strand, Muizenberg etc. on route to Cape Point stopping at the Stony Point Penguin Colony to see the African Penguin as well as the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens.

Day 10 Cape Town
Lots of activities are lined up for today. Early morning we will take a tour to the top of Table Mountain. We will also explore Cape Town City before departing to the renowned Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was in prison. Late afternoon we will visit the Two Oceans Aquarium and spend some time shopping at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Day 11 Cape Town
